Yes. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

You can cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Note: Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins, but monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
No hidden fees. Here's what you pay:
  • Setup fee: One-time, upfront (scoped to your plan)
  • Monthly subscription: Recurring, billed in advance
  • Payment processing: Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (industry standard)
  • SMS/MMS: Included in your plan
No usage fees, no per-contact fees, no surprise charges.
Setup fees: Non-refundable once work begins.
Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime.

30-Day Performance Promise: If your system isn't working as configured within 30 days, we'll fix it at no charge. If we can't fix it, we'll refund your setup fee.

Yes. 100% of your data is yours. This includes all contact information, conversation history, business files, and payment records.

You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, your data comes with you. We're PIPEDA compliant and take Canadian data privacy seriously.
